The location of this hotel is peaceful and relaxing, offering natural beauty and clean atmosphere. the staff is friendly and helpful and the room is quiet and comfortable with nice facilities such as a balcony and a mega shower. the pool is nice with temperature controlled water.
The breakfast is poor with low-quality coffee and burnt croissants which is disappointing.

Friendly staff, convenient for German speakers, reasonable massage prices, nice area around the thermal pool, repaired shower head, complimentary bicycles.

Found my happy place. the friendly staff informed us on clear instructions and presented the facilities. the spacious and tidy room had a balcony which allowed us to enjoy natural sunlight. the location was amazing, within short walking distance to cheap cafes and Piazzas to relax. the daily changing menu restaurant offered quality Italian dishes, be sure to get the risotto with porcini mushrooms. the relaxing thermal pools were my favorite.
The spa is catered more toward older people rather than a young crowd. the breakfast buffet could have been better maintained as the coffee and bread options were limited.

We loved the friendly staff who spoke multiple languages and assisted us promptly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the brownies. The hotel's location was convenient and allowed us to rent bicycles for free.

The facilities were fantastic, with beautiful pools and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A big plus is that you can rent bicycles for free to explore the area, which is stunning with lots of natural beauty. Another great aspect is that you can book a range of spa treatments at reasonable prices.
The breakfast was nothing special and the coffee was low quality. , make sure to bring your own bathrobe as they are not provided in the rooms.
